- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪There's a lady who works here that isn't polite or friendly at all. If you can't be nice with the public, maybe it's time to retire. All the other staff is great, friendly and willing to help. They answer questions throughly and to the best of their knowledge. In my opinion, this is one of the best pet stores as all information is pretty accurate from staff to staff, unlike PetsMart where you get different answers for the same question.
