- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The secretary staff make you feel extremely uncomfortable; over the phone they seem to have trouble hearing names and make you feel ashamed for not being named something more generic :tom", "john" etc. If I wasn't as comfortable with my Dr. I would change my dentist in a heartbeat.
