- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Like the previous review, same type of experience. We mailed forms for reimbursement of a psych-ed assessment, they send a decline letter. I contacted them to see why, "no doctor's letters were provided". I told them how's that you got the claim, but not the doctor's letters when they were attached to the claim? Told it would take another 3-5 business days to process because of their mess up. It's the same thing with this company time and time again. It's like they find every excuse under the sun not to pay out claims, even when all the information is right there in front of them. Shameful!by AimnabbyNovember 01, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible, their customer service is ridiculous. The right hand never knows what their left hand is doing. For months they screw up my claims tying up hundreds of dollars and blaming the pharmacy for the mistake when my pharmacy has done it the same from the beginning.
